The winning ticket is transferable to another party nominated by the winner.

The first prize valued at $3000 is:
(a) Transport for fourpersons to and from Bankstown Airport in a Vintage
     Cadillac limousine from anywhere within the Sydney Metropolitan area.
(b) A flight for 4 to Lake Macquarie Airport by privately piloted Beechcraft Baron.
(c) One Aerobatic flight with Matt Hall for 1 person from Lake Macquarie Airport.
(d) Return flight to Bankstown Airport.
(e) Return Cadillac Limo to point of departure.

The second prize valued at $A99 is:
     Family Day Pass at ScenicWorld

The prize date is confined to a period of 12 months from the draw & date/time negotiated with the prize providers “The Cadillac Man 0411 722 793” , Matt Hall Racing 1300 790 936, Private Aircraft Operator 0247824611.
The aircraft based sections of the prize are weather related, and those operators have absolute discretion to delay or refuse service with the safety of their passenger and themselves in mind.

Blue Mountains Health Trust will assist to facilitate the coordination of the three services, but will not be responsible for any no-shows or service failure due to circumstances beyond their control.

The pickup area for the transfer to the airport, is that area bounded by Penrith to the west, Hornsby to the north and Campbelltown to the south. Should the prize winner reside outside this area, the pickup site (within the stipulated area) will need to be negotiated separately, between the prize winner & the principal of “The Cadillac Man”. It is not the responsibility of the Blue Mountains Health Trust to arrange the prize winners’ transfer to the airport.

Once the prize certificates have left the Blue Mountains Health Trust’s possession, the Trust takes no responsibility for any delays in either receipt of the prize certificate or delays in the implementation of the prize itself.

The Blue Mountains Health Trust will not be responsible or liable at all to the prizewinner or assignee, in relation to any aspect of the prize. The prizewinner or assignee should make their own inquiries directly with the operators delivering the different parts of the prize. The prizewinner or assignee should satisfy themselves as to the risks involved and not look to the Blue Mountains Health Trust in any circumstance.
