Malcolm Nicholson has been a resident of the Blue Mountains since 1977.

He worked for Westpac for 13 years and on arriving in Katoomba became the manager of the St George Building Society. From 1984 he owned and operated Raine and Horne Katoomba continuing on until retirement in 2004.

Malcolm was a member and president of the Apex Club of Katoomba and is currently  a member of the Rotary Club of Katoomba with 20 years service where he has been President and is a Paul Harris Fellow.

Malcolm is married to Moverley and they have two children and five grandchildren.
